We can ship to virtually any address in the continental US . At this time we do not ship to international destinations.

To keep shipping simple, Any order over $34.99 ships for FREE! with USPS

Any order under $34.99 ships for a flat rate of $3.55, also USPS mail

With the USPS most customers see shipping times of 2 to 3 days from our location in Minnesota USA

Orders for in stock items will be shipped out within one business day of receipt of payment, most are same or next day

Returns

Please contact us via email at info1@houseoflumens.com for a return authorization number before sending items back. Returns sent to us without an RMA will not be accepted.

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (minus any shipping costs). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).

Batteries both Primary and rechargeable are not eligible for returns unless received as defective.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply email us at info1@houseoflumens.com and explain the reason for the return. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with a return for warranty service. houseoflumens.com will pay to return a flashlight to our customer after warranty service; with the exception that if there is no defect or problem found, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
